Most of the rooms people don't like have a lighting problem, not a layout problem. One fixture in the middle of the ceiling doesn't light a kitchen you actually cook in, and a dark hallway or a black backyard isn't a design choice — it's just how the house was wired.
We install recessed lighting, under-cabinet lighting, dimmers, outdoor and security lighting, landscape lighting, and fixture replacements of every kind — and we design lighting, not just hang it. If a room doesn't work, we'll tell you where light needs to go before anything gets cut into.
Smart Lighting
Smart switches and smart lighting systems let you run lights from your phone, on schedules, or by voice — and unlike plug-in gadgets, properly wired smart switches work like normal switches for everyone else in the house. We install and configure the wiring side so the system is reliable, not a science project. It's one of our most-requested upgrades.
Whole-Home LED Upgrades
If your house still runs on older bulbs and fixtures, an LED retrofit is the rare upgrade that's purely practical: a fraction of the energy, a fraction of the heat, and bulbs you stop thinking about for a decade. We retrofit existing fixtures and recessed cans rather than replacing everything, which keeps the cost sensible. On a whole house, the difference shows up on the electric bill.

Straightforward Pricing
Most lighting work starts as a standard service call: $195 for the first two hours, which covers a lot of ground. Larger projects — a full recessed-lighting layout, a landscape lighting run — get a firm price before we start.
Labor is warrantied for a year. Financing is available through Acorn.
